These necklaces are designed with a heart charm with cut out cross and small heart and a small creamy white potato freshwater pearl (5.5-6mm) or a PRESTIGECrystal round birthstone dangle (5mm). The heart charm measure approximately 16x18mm.The pendant is hollowed in the back. The charms hangs from hangs of finest Italian sterling silver long curb chain. The chain length is 14" inches.
