Necklace set | Sunset hues of rose pink, violet, and glowing orange — vintage and contemporary glass beads, vintage Lucite, watermelon quartz, copper findings

Created for goimagine's "Sunset Hues" Maker Challenge — Check out the last photo to see a view from my street that inspired this set.

Glass beads: rose pink nesting glass folded disk beads; 1970s amber/purple 12mm smooth nuggets.
Vintage Lucite beads: crackle orange ~12x10mm ovals and spacer seed beads.
Watermelon quartz 6x10mm rondelles.
Copper barrel beads (crimp covers); hammered copper hook & eye extender clasp; antiqued copper niobium earwires with bright copper round; copper and gold-filled findings.
Strung on 49-strand Copper Color beading wire.
Necklace length/weight: 19.5-21.5"/2.3 oz.

• I work with artisan and other beautifully designed toggles and clasps. Helpful hint: Practice hooking and unhooking the clasp; visualize this while doing so without looking.
• Please take care to avoid knocking or dropping beads against hard surfaces. Many beads I use (glass, ceramic, etc.) are breakable.
